Parent Feedback and Concerns

As part of our goal to improve our communication and engagement as a learning community, we are continually seeking ways to improve the ease with which we engage and ensure our community works positively and cooperatively together.

Sometimes members of our community are not sure who to approach when they have a concern. The first port of call should be the Year Coordinator.

If after following this procedure, your concern is still not addressed, you are welcome to lodge a formal complaint via email to Our Complaints Manager will acknowledge receipt of your complaint and initiate a process to resolve the issue, all complaints are logged in to our Complaints Register.

The College has also introduced a child friendly complaints system that all children were introduced to this year.

We also appreciate receiving positive feedback and members of the College community are welcome to use the email to let us know what we are doing well.
