Remembrance Day 2019

Found in: School News

Students and staff participated in a simple but poignant service at 11am yesterday to commemorate our fallen soldiers and remember the service they rendered to the nation.

After singing by the Primary choir and a reading of 'The Ode', Head of Primary, Mr Michael Pitman gave an explanation to students on the history of Remembrance Day and its significance for all generations. He reminded us that even in death we leave a legacy and the legacy we leave is up to us. The Last Post was played by year 7 student Ky Morrison.
