Located just a honky-nut’s throw from Southern Hills is the picturesque Bedfordale Childcare Centre. Rather than ‘leave’ them alone, Mr Prinsloo’s group of faithful Cadets lent a helping hand on Thursday afternoon raking and sweeping up all of the natural humus and kindling around the property.
It was a joy to see owner Sue Strickland in her element, lending a helping hand and teaching the kids about the history of the childcare centre and the surrounds of Bedfordale living are all about.
Mr Prinsloo has been helping out in the community for many years and he was so happy to bring his Cadets to the beautiful facility to help out.
“This is something special for me. I’ve seen this place a lot of times and wanted to come here to help. My good friend Ron Withnell pioneered these community visits and I am happy to carry the baton as part of his amazing legacy in Cadets!”
