BOOK TODAY

Students can ride along the track in Bungendore Park, test their limits on our new 20 element High Ropes Course and fly down one of the highest abseiling towers in Western Australia. If they’re up for more they can always take the plunge on our Giant Swing or jump in a canoe and paddle on the recreational lake at Wungong dam. There are also opportunities to test your group’s survival and navigational skills through our Orienteering course.

At Withnell Outdoor Adventures, our aim is to facilitate an environment within which students can learn through a unique outdoor experience. We provide state of the art facilities and professionally qualified instructors to support your excursions. Our facilities and activities extend beyond the classroom and are ideal for group and personal growth. Challenge your students while they have fun creating memorable experiences!

In early 2020, Baptist Camping Centres were approached to facilitate the booking process.

Come and be challenged by our 20 element High Ropes Course. With 5 entry points and a unique platform design, the course offers maximum flexibility in accommodating multiple adventurers on numerous routes.

Abseiling

Our abseiling tower is one of the highest purpose built towers in Western Australia. With platforms at 9m, 17m and 29m, our abseiling tower offers a challenge to even the most experienced adventurer. First-time abseilers have the opportunity to build their confidence on the 9m platform and work their way up to the higher platforms.

Giant Swing

Test your limits as you fly through the air and experience the exhilaration of the Giant Swing. Students are elevated up to a height of 10m and then released while safely secured by a harness.

Mountain Biking

Ride through Bungendore Park on a mountain bike! Experience the natural beauty.

Canoeing

Canoeing is held on the recreational lake at the bottom of Wungong dam. Students are fully equipped with safety gear and instructed in canoeing techniques (to paddle on the lake, not to splash their teammates!).

Orienteering

Navigate around the scenic Bungendore Park. Students will be taught how to read a map and use a compass to find their way to different points in the park.

Archery

Participants can experience the challenge of archery, shooting arrows into targets using compound bows.

Archery Attack

Archery attack is similar to paintball, but is played with bow and arrows. The arrows have large foam tips and players wear a face shield while on the battle field.

Climbing

Be challenged on our artificial climbing wall, connected to a safety belay.
